Role Overview:

 

As a Global Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the revenue growth across Consumer Retail Services (CRS) accounts, you’ll develop a strategic partnership with senior levels of the client base, assisting in providing creative and innovative solutions to client business strategies.

You’ll also ensure the alignment and integrationof services and operational deliveries in accordance to global standards and within client service requirements, you’ll be working in conjunction with local and global CRS operations and client services staff to achieve client deliverables and exceed expectations.

Your Profile

As a Global Key Account Manager, you’ll need extensive commercial experience within a multinational organization. You will need a background in logistics / supply chain or will have a Client/Customer service background from a board spectrum of Importing and/or retail consumer product-oriented companies, ideally gained within the FMCG and Food industries over the last 8-10 years or so.

You’ll have strategic perspective and the ability to interact with senior management both internally and within the client base, you’ll also need strong analytical skills to identify trends in client markets and complimentary company Service.

 You will be well organized, efficient with proven follow-through skills, creative thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to solve customer requirements and expectations, you’ll also be highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented., with the ability to travel 25-50% of time.
