Our client is a respected design-led, multi-channel business, their portfolio includes mens, ladies and children's clothing, accessories and footwear. They now have an opening for a Merchandise Manager.
Reporting to the Buying and Merchandise Director, In this role you will manage a small but dedicated team and the main purpose of the role is to formulate and implement the merchandising strategy through planning and trading activities in order to drive profitable growth, key duties as follows:-
Agree Seasonal Product and Buy strategy with Senior team and implement the same, working with Design and Buying to produce product strategies which satisfy the overall company strategy.
The role requires a hands-on Senior Merchandiser or Merchandise Manager with proven experience and a successful track record in a similar role. You should be based in a commutable distance to Tewkesbury as the role is office based 5 days per. It is essential that you are a proficient user of Excel with a strong understanding of ERP systems and processes.
