We collect and process information about you that you have given to us by way of filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by telephone and email or sites such as linked-in to recruit staff for your business/businesses.
Your details are not used for any marketing purposes and are not shared with any 3rd party businesses, they are purely there to match potential candidates to the vacancy/vacancies you are looking to recruit for; or where you have advised us that you would be interested in hearing of suitable candidates for future review (with specific permission from the candidates for their CV to be sent to you for confidential review).
Any job ads created for your vacancy/vacancies will be sent for your prior approval before uploading to the relevant job boards and linking to social media (and unless you advise otherwise will not show salaries on them).
Your data will be processed by way of paper records and on Planet Personnel’s internal computer system, which is password protected and only accessed by the employees of Planet Personnel Limited.
Once you have agreed that you are interested in meeting with potential candidates, a copy of your JD if you have one is then sent to the interviewee along with your full address, postcode, contact numbers and a link to your website, any private mobile numbers or private landline numbers would not be given without your prior approval.
If at any time you believe that the security of your data has been breached, please notify us immediately.
You have the right to ask us for confirmation of which data we hold and are processing about you, to request access to and copies of the data, to ask that any data that we hold be corrected if you believe it is inaccurate or incorrect, and to object to or ask for data to be erased.
