The person responsible for data protection at Planet Personnel Limited is Lindsay J Clarke, Recruitment Director (Lindsay@planetpersonnel.com).

We collect and process information about you that you have given to us by way of filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by telephone, email and applying for vacancies or sending your CV for registration via online job boards or sites such as linked-in.

Your personal details are not used for any marketing purposes and are not shared with any 3rd party businesses, they are purely there to review against job vacancies coming through, so we can contact you if any matching roles arise for you.

We will not pass your data or CV to any third party without your specific agreement that we may do so. Your data will be processed by way of paper records and on Planet Personnel’s internal computer system, which is password protected and only accessed by the employees of Planet Personnel Limited.

Once you have agreed that you are interested in your CV being sent forward to a Company/role, a copy of your CV is sent with our disclaimer on it; your full address, postcode, contact numbers and email address are not shown, the company who your CV has been sent to will correspond directly with the team at Planet Personnel Ltd, should the Company request any of these details we would contact you 1st to gain your permission to send these through, you are in control of what data is being sent.

If at any time you believe that the security of your data has been breached, please notify us immediately.

You have the right to ask us for confirmation of which data we hold and are processing about you, to request access to and copies of the data, to ask that any data that we hold be corrected if you believe it is inaccurate or incorrect, and to object to or ask for data to be erased.

If you find a new role, or we place you in a role, or you advise us that you no longer wish to be considered for jobs opportunities we will stop processing your data.

If you believe at any time that we are not complying with our obligations properly then you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office whose details can be found at www.ico.org.uk, our registration number is Z1111301.
